We structured our Bulletin Board to behave a lot like Facebook in hopes we would be modeling our site after something familiar to most folks. Here are some of the finer details:
- When you create a brand new post, you can create paragraphs or line breaks using the keyboard Enter key. Click the Save button to submit the new post.
- When commenting on an existing post, use the keyboard Enter key to submit your comment. Enter will submit your comment immediately.
- To create line breaks in a comment, you can use the key combination Shift+Enter. That will create a line break without submitting the comment.
- The only people who are notified of comments to an existing post are the author of the original post and anyone else who has commented. (not the full membership)
